Mardi Gras Feast and Dance - Wega Arts and the Menasha Grill will be hosting a Mardi Gras Bash on Saturday, February 18th, 2012 starting at 6 PM at the Gerold Opera House. There will be a Cajun/New Orleans buffet by the Menasha Grill followd by dancing with a live Dixieland Band. Tickets $25 at www.wegaarts.org and the Menasha Grill

This is a great plant sale with annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs & shrubs of all kinds. All these plants will grow in our Zone.

 Weyauwega Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade. Tree lighting of the City Christmas Tree will begin the festivities at 5:30, on the Library Lawn. The Weyauwega Fremont Marching Band will lead the parade from the library to the Gerold Opera House. The Wega Arts tree will be lit on the corner of Pine and Main. Next to the tree will be a live Nativity provided by Animal Haven Zoo. Santa will be in the heated Gerold Opera House with the Madrigal singers on stage where there will be a Community Carole Singing led by the High School Chior. Children come and sit on Santa's lap and tell him what you want for Christmas.
